Terms of service

Endless Receipt is a novelty website. It is one public receipt. For $2.00 or more you can add a single line to it. That line is the entire product and it has no other function, utility or value.

By using the site or paying for a line you agree to these terms and to the receipt rules, which form part of them.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to make the payment you are making.

• ·Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• ·The minimum is $2.00 USD. You choose the amount above that. Prices are in US dollars.
• ·A receipt number is assigned only after Stripe confirms your payment.
• ·Purchases are final except in the cases listed in the receipt rules.

You keep whatever rights you have in the name, message and link you submit. By submitting them you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, store, reproduce and distribute them on this site and in related material, for as long as the site exists.

You confirm that you have the right to submit what you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We may refuse, void, or disable the link on any line, at any time, at our discretion — including after payment. Receipt numbers are permanent; content is not. Voiding content is not by itself a ground for a refund.

Links are submitted by other users. We validate their format and can disable them, but we do not vet, fetch, monitor or endorse their destinations. Following a link is at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• ·submit content prohibited by the receipt rules
• ·attempt to bypass validation, rate limits, moderation or payment
• ·automate submissions, scrape the site at a disruptive rate, or attack its availability
• ·use the site to distribute malware or to deceive people

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or shut it down at any time. Nothing here is a promise that the receipt, or your line on it, will exist forever.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with this site is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
